Building on the proven model and success of Mrs. Shiva Kiani with over two and a half decades of IT services experience, the Company will specialize in the refurbishment and wholesale of high-quality, cost-effective, and environmentally sustainable desktops and laptops, while simultaneously growing in its second year to offer an array of in-demand IT training courses and related services. By targeting key segments – such as businesses, educational institutions, and individual consumers, including specialty groups, such as seniors in need of digital literacy courses, in Year 2 – Rasa Technologies strives to resolve the issue of high e-waste levels and gap in accessible technology solutions through the Entrepreneur.
Our mission
- Business Codes & Program: The Company correspondingly operates under in the electronic and computer repair services industry , along with related computer and packaged software wholesaling and, from Year 2 on, computer training services .
- Key Business Activities: The Company primarily focuses on refurbishing and selling various desktop and laptop computers and related products – providing sustainable computing solutions to B2B and B2C customers. Its value chain includes sourcing used computers, refurbishing them to “almost-new” standard, and offering them for wholesale, rental, and maintenance. This approach not only reduces e-waste but also provides affordable technology options to customers. The Company diversifies its revenue with computer repair services and – from Year 2 onwards – specialty training programs for seniors and other key segments.

- Qualifications & Skills: Kiani holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences and has over 25 years of experience managing technical education and computer refurbishment businesses. Her leadership and hands-on expertise in navigating key market challenges, coupled with her business acumen, will be instrumental in Rasa Technologies’ success.
